COVID UPDATES
After the declaration of COVID-19 as a global pandemic by the World Health Organization, the extenuating circumstances policy no longer applies because COVID-19 and its consequences are no longer unforeseen or unexpected. Please be aware of our cancellation policy when booking.
We understand there may be potential changes to upcoming events. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your event, as always, our standard policy is still in effect to be mutually beneficial to both our customers and ourselves. All deposits are non-refundable and can be applied as either a store credit for a future order (no fees or expiration) OR we can reschedule your event to a future date (no change fees). If you end up canceling after your final payment has been made (within two weeks of your event), your full payment is non-refundable and will be applied as a credit.
Please be aware, our normal business hours/procedures are being disrupted and we appreciate your kindness and understanding.
We are continuing to keep the store closed to the public. All bookings and transactions will be done online or over the phone. We can also accommodate virtual appointments if requested.
